UK: 'Standard shipping' is NOT tracked. The 'Tracked Special Delivery' option is the only tracked UK option and aims to deliver between next day to 48 hours. For insurance on lost parcels tracking MUST be purchased (reason explained below)
Anywhere else in the world is tracked shipping by default.
- Premade items: 1-3 days
- Custom made items: The time I need to create an order for shipping varies- see individual items for this estimate. For faster processing time purchase the 'Skip the queue' add on.
Estimated shipping times
- UK:1-4 days
- USA: 3-5 weeks
- Europe: 2 weeks
- Australia/New Zealand: 3-4 weeks
These are just estimates and I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
If you need to get your package faster than the estimated times above there is a Global Express option which is expensive but very fast. This aims to deliver tracked UK to USA (etc.) in approximately 4 days.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Conditions of refund
I will refund the full amount on cancelled orders, if the items have not been started yet.
If an item is sent back to me due to incorrect/incomplete address, any extra shipping fees must then be covered by the buyer. This round trip could be over 3 months so please check your address thoroughly!
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it is a fault of mine. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Pacifiers (for hygiene reasons)
- Contact me within 3 days of its arrival
- Ship items back within 7 days
Extra fees which occur to my store due to a buyers fault must be re-imbursed- so please be extra careful!
If your address is incorrect, the package will be sent back to me which could take 3x the usual time, and i will have to pay to ship twice. I will then only re-ship if you pay the extra shipping fee, but charge no fee for extra time. Please double check address to save us both!
- Re-order on my website with the extra £10 fee, so I get the money back instantly (Money now is in customers account so no money is lost here). I then ship items straight away. I will need to submit evidence against your claim and then one of us will be favoured in around 100 days. If it's me I will refund you instantly the initial payment. If it's you, the money stays in your account and the bank keep the fee taken from me.
- Go into the bank and cancel the accidental fraudulent claim yourself, while repaying me the extra £10 fee. When I receive the money back I will ship your item.
- I submit evidence against your claim, and in around 100 days if my side is favoured I'll revieve your money again. Only then can I ship your items. I will require a £25 fee.
- If I have already shipped your items before the claim comes through, I require instant re-payment.
Failure to comply with the above will result in me taking legal action. Then further bans from mine and other similar shops.
Lost parcels WITHOUT tracking
Parcels ordered without tracking (UK option only) rarely go missing, however if they do there's no proof for me or the shipping courier that the recipient isn't lying, and has actually received it. Therefore I cannot receive any compensation from the courier for a lost parcel, and it is unfair for me to remake your item again (Especially as there's a chance the second will show up/is being sold for profit). So if you want extra insurance please purchase tracking!
Lost parcels WITH tracking
If such a parcel goes missing, I can see it hasn't been delivered. We both work with the delivery courier to find the parcel, or I reship your items free of charge. This can unfortunately take a little longer as we need to make sure the parcel is lost not just in a busy postal time, and that is why I cover all extra shipping and making costs as a sorry for your inconvenience!
